Our List Price Guarantee™ "dollar for dollar" match of up to one percent is good for homes that are listed at a price of $150,000 and more. Homes that are listed at a price under $150,000 will only receive a guarantee match of up to $500.00.

How does the guarantee work?

Here’s an example of how it works:

For a home with an original list price of $455,000 -

If the home ends up selling for less than the original list price, your agent will match the final sales price reduction “dollar for dollar” up to $4,550 at closing.

How is the dollar for dollar match delivered?

The dollar for dollar guarantee match of up to one percent is only provided upon the successful closing of the real estate transaction when using and from a real estate agent partner referred to you through this program and their sponsoring broker/brokerage when stated on a Real Estate Listing Agreement at an agreed upon amount of broker's compensation between broker and seller in the form of a reduction or rebate of broker's compensation and not from List Price Guarantee™ or it's affiliates, service providers, or business partners as described in our privacy policy. OTHER THAN THE DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR MATCH UP TO ONE PERCENT, IF AGREED ON, LIST PRICE GUARANTEE™ IS NOT PARTY TO NOR DO WE DICTATE OR ARE AWARE OF ANY TERMS OF ANY TRANSACTION NEGOTIATED BY THESE REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS. OTHER THAN THE DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR MATCH OF UP TO ONE PERCENT, IF AGREED ON, LIST PRICE GUARANTEE™ DOES NOT ENDORSE, RECOMMEND, DICTATE, OR OTHERWISE KNOW THE TERMS OF ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND A REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL.

If accepting an offer lower than the initial list price at $450,000

HOMEOWNER'S REDUCTION WOULD BE $2,500

AGENT'S CONTRIBUTION AT CLOSING WOULD BE $2,500

For a total price reduction of $5,000 bringing the final sales price to $450,000

BY MATCHING A PORTION OF THE REDUCTION, THE AGENT REDUCES THE HOMEOWNER'S SHARE OF THE PRICE REDUCTION FROM $5,000 TO $2,500.

Initial List Price $455,000

If accepting an offer lower than the initIal list price at $445,000

HOMEOWNER'S REDUCTION WOULD BE $5,450

AGENT'S CONTRIBUTION AT CLOSING WOULD BE $4,550

(1% contribution cap of Initial List Price)
